The Finance Manager & Head of Control plays a key role at Incofin with specific accountability for accounting, reporting, internal control, treasury and tax. The primary requirement is for an operationally focused Finance Manager & Head of Control who combines business focus with integrity and strong people management skills. He or she must be action orientated and able to quickly integrate into an established team and drive the required change, simplification and up-skilling. The successful candidate must have a very clear fit with Incofin’s impact vision and mission. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, direction and management of the Controllership team
  • Engage and empower the Controllership team to take business ownership to the next level
  • Oversee the closing and reporting processes for Incofin Investment Management and its funds under management
  • Own the statutory and regulatory filing processes
  • Manage the financial operations of our funds (capital calls & distributions, investor reporting, board meetings, compliance monitoring, etc.)
  • Maintain key relationships with banks, investors, regulators, boards, etc.
  • Coordinate the valuation committee and ensure proper valuation of all assets of Incofin’s funds
  • Monitor and strengthen the control environment, including driving a compliance and integrity culture
  • Ensure proper internal controls, in close relation with internal auditors (E&Y)
  • Manage the external audit process (Deloitte)
  • Management of main financial systems (accounting, expense management, payments, etc.)
  • Optimize the treasury process and develop fx hedging strategies for our funds
  • Ensure tax compliancy for our funds and global businesses
  • Advise on technical accounting matters

Ideal Exerience

  • Master in Business Administration
  • Audit and/or Operational Finance experience from top firm
  • +7 years’ experience with strong career progress
  • Experience in Banking or Financial Services Industry is preferable
  • International experience preferred (work/ education)
