To strengthen our team we are looking for a Communication Associate based out of the Antwerp office, Belgium. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent skills in not only communication, but also marketing, PR and event organization. Further, you will have a positive attitude and be aligned to Incofin’s impact objective of improving the lives of the more vulnerable or underserved.

The position is full time with the ability to commit from August/September at the latest.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work out yearly communication plans and strategies for the company and two of its funds
  • Drive the Incofin global public relations efforts
    • Develop the Incofin public relations relationships globally
    • Support in PR for the creation of press releases, contacts with the media and distribution of news
  • Oversee branding and marketing strategy across the company and its regional offices
  • Drive the Incofin employer branding efforts
  • Coordinate the different websites, keeping these up to date with the latest information
  • Coordinate, create and distribute newsletters in Mailchimp for the company and different funds
  • Manage all social media with regular updates
  • Coordinate campaigns for advertising in Belgium, with a decent know-how of legal regulations for financial institutions
  • Organize different types of events for investor relations, such as the General Assembly of Incofin cvso (+ 300 attendees), roadshows and smaller events and fairs
  • Create content in collaboration with different teams of different publications such as news articles, annual reports, impact reports and intelligence reports
  • Develop marketing materials such as presentations, banners, tote bags, Christmas cards, etc.
  • Support the Business Development Team for investor relations

Required Skills & Experience

  • Masters Degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, communication or similar field
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in marketing and communication, preferably with a focus on the financial sector or international development
  • Experience in managing design companies and content creators
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Dutch and English. Preferably written and verbal skills in French
  • Excellent research, organizational and communications skills with a demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word an Excel)
  • Advanced working knowledge of Mailchimp, WordPress, Surveymonkey, Facebook and LinkedIn
